VibeHandler is desktop software for managing multiple Claude Code agents. VibeHandler is a front-end for Anthropic's Claude Code CLI; your own Anthropic/Claude access is required and is not part of this license.
With a valid subscription you receive a simple, non-transferable, revocable right to use VibeHandler for the duration of the subscription. Without a valid subscription the right of use ends.
You may not resell or rent the software, decompile it (except where mandatorily permitted by law), or circumvent its licensing mechanisms.
The subscription renews until cancelled. Prices and payment are handled by the stated payment provider (Stripe). Statutory withdrawal/cancellation rights apply to consumers.
The software is provided "as is". The Provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. No liability for actions taken by Claude agents or for data loss caused by third-party services.

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction, where permissible, is the Provider's registered seat.
