What data VibeHandler processes

Locally on your device: sessions, names, notes, layout and settings are stored exclusively locally under %APPDATA%\cockpit. The agents' conversation transcripts are stored by the Claude Code CLI under ~/.claude — not by VibeHandler.
No telemetry: VibeHandler does not send any usage data to the provider.
Updates: on start (if enabled) the app checks the update channel for new versions; this technically transmits your IP address to the hosting provider.
Payment/licence: with a paid subscription, payment and licence data are processed by the payment provider in use (Stripe); their own privacy policy additionally applies.

This website

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany). When you visit, technically necessary server log data (including IP address, time, requested page) is processed. Fonts are served locally from this server (no connection to Google).

Cookies & analytics (Google Analytics)

Without your consent this website sets no cookies and makes no connections to third-party servers. We embed Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA) for anonymous usage statistics; data may be transferred to the USA (standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We use Google Consent Mode v2: without your consent no analytics cookies are set and no personal analytics data is stored; measurement only starts once you accept in the cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We also use Google Search Console to analyse search visibility; it sets no cookies on this site.

Purchase & payment (Stripe as Merchant of Record)

The Pro subscription is sold via Stripe ("Managed Payments"): Stripe acts as the merchant of record, processes payment, billing and tax data under its own responsibility and issues the invoice. Stripe's privacy policy additionally applies. We receive from Stripe only the data needed to issue your license (email address, subscription status).

Third parties

The actual AI processing is done by Anthropic (Claude) under their privacy terms. VibeHandler invokes the locally installed Claude Code CLI; the content of your prompts goes to Anthropic, not to Onfidence.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability under the GDPR. Contact: info@onfidence.at. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (dsb.gv.at).
